HCPE-L (low viscosity) is compatible with acrylic resin and alkyd resin due to its low viscosity, and can be used as a special resin for anti-corrosion coatings, container coatings, road marking coatings, and buried surface coatings. pipeline.
Due to the regular molecular structure, low saturation, low polarity and good chemical stability of chlorinated rubber, various anti-corrosion coatings prepared with it have the characteristics of fast drying of the coating film, good adhesion, resistance to chemical media, and excellent moisture permeability resistance.
HCPE has excellent atmospheric aging resistance and chemical medium resistance, is easily soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and other organic solvents, and has good compatibility with most inorganic and organic pigments used in coatings. Generally, it is suitable to dissolve into a resin solution with a solid content of 40% for coating.
