The application advantages of CPVC

CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) is widely used in multiple industrial fields due to its high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy and lightweight properties. The main application areas are as follows:

1、Chemical pipeline: conveys acid, alkali, salt solutions and organic solvents, with a temperature resistance of up to 100℃ and a pressure resistance of 1.6MPa.

2、Power protection: Cable conduits, electrical trough boxes, with flame retardancy (oxygen index ≥60) and insulation properties (CTI≥600V).

3、Building water supply and drainage ‌ : hot water pipes, fire sprinkler systems, in compliance with ASTM F441 standard, with a service life of 50 years.

4、Water treatment: chlorine gas transmission pipelines, wastewater treatment equipment, Cl₂ concentration resistance ≥10ppm.

5、Industrial equipment: reactor linings, storage tank linings, resistant to strong corrosive media.
